Marinate cleaned prawns with a pinch of turmeric and salt for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are mushy.

Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add prawns and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until they curl up and turn pink. Do not overcook.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
