    In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

    Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).

    Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes first).

    Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
