    In a large bowl, combine the napa cabbage, red cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, edamame, and green onions.

    In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and grated ginger.

    Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
