    In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

    Add chicken thighs and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil.

    Roast for 30-35 minutes until browned and cooked through.
